Discord & gaming community management

Your community deserves better than a template.

Overwhelmed by your own Discord? I've built and run servers with over a million members. Let's turn the noise into something that actually feels like you — and watch it come together, one clear step at a time.

Services

Everything your community needs — none of the copy-paste.

Two ways to work together: a one-off Launch to get set up right, or an ongoing Management plan where I run and grow it with you.

Who I work with

Different worlds, same need: a space that people actually want to stay in.

Process

You get to watch it happen — step by step.

No black box, no "trust me." Big problems get broken into small, visible pieces, so you always know exactly where things stand.

Handing over your community should feel effortless.

The handoff is a real part of the work — transparent, documented, and genuinely collaborative from day one. You'll always know what I'm touching, why, and what's next. Nothing changes without you in the loop.

A little about me

Hi, I'm Elijah — I build communities people don't want to leave.

I've spent years living inside Discord servers — from tiny, scrappy launches to communities north of a million members. Somewhere along the way I realised the thing I actually love isn't the software. It's watching a room full of strangers slowly turn into a place people call home.

I didn't set out to do this professionally. I was just the person who couldn't stand watching a good community go quiet. I'd tinker with the channels, rewrite the welcome message, chase down the one bot setting that was quietly driving everyone away — and things would come back to life. People noticed. Then they started asking me to do it for them.

The big servers taught me the mechanics: moderation at scale, automation that doesn't feel robotic, keeping tens of thousands of people safe and engaged at once. But the small ones taught me the important part — that behind every server is usually one person who cares enormously and is quietly overwhelmed. Often a tiny studio or a solo creator with a game they poured everything into, and a community they don't quite have the hours to look after.

That's the person I love working with most. My whole job, really, is to take that weight off your shoulders — to understand what you're trying to build so well that I can carry it as if it were mine, and hand it back to you healthier than you left it.

A few things I believe

When I'm not wrangling servers

A few unimportant but true things — because you're trusting a real person with something you care about, and you should know who that is.

If any of this sounds like your kind of person, let's talk.

One free, no-pressure call. Tell me about your community — I'd genuinely love to hear what you're building.
